Wellbeing Challenge

As part of the Identities unit, students from the 6th semester talked about their lifestyles and discussed the steps for having a healthy life and wellbeing. One activity that our students carried out consisted of students picking one of the following challenges to implement for a day:

  • Meditation
  • Exercise
  • Try a new meal
  • Sleep routine

As a product of such activity, students recorded a reflection on the changes they perceived in their daily routine by implementing one of these challenges. Students' reflections were solid and brilliant! 

This activity encouraged students to identify how easy it is to change our routines to improve our wellbeing. As an international school, we look forward to implementing and promoting practices that allow our students to be balanced and healthy.
