International professors valued the academic quality of UPAEP during their participation in Global Summer 2025 and emphasized that the intercultural experience renewed their passion for teaching.

On July 2, 2025, the Rector of the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP), Dr. Emilio Baños Ardavín, held a significant meeting with international faculty who participated in the UPAEP Global Summer 2025 program, held in classroom T-201.

During the meeting, the 60 professors from various parts of the world shared their experiences about their stay in Mexico and their participation in this international academic program. The faculty expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to be part of this initiative, highlighting the quality of the university facilities, the warmth of the student community, and the excellent organization of the event.

Among the most notable testimonials, several professors pointed out how this experience allowed them to reconnect with their passion for teaching and especially valued the pedagogical approach, characterized by creating learning communities in the classroom and encouraging greater student participation.

Dr. Baños Ardavín, for his part, emphasized the three main objectives of the program: to offer an enriching intercultural experience, to promote knowledge of Mexican culture, and to establish new avenues of collaboration between UPAEP and the participants' home institutions.

At the end of the meeting, the Rector thanked all attendees for their participation and underscored the importance of internationalization in UPAEP's educational model, where cultural and academic exchange enriches the comprehensive education of students and strengthens ties with educational institutions around the world.

The visiting professors especially recognized the work of the UPAEP Internationalization Office team, especially Mtra. Jeanine López Sandoval, highlighting their professionalism and dedication to ensuring the success of the program. The meeting concluded with a group photograph as a memento of this international academic experience that will continue to strengthen the university's global presence.
