"In UPAEP we understand this commitment as the constant effort to generate spaces for dialogue to promote intellectual encounters that combat the ideological narrowness and radicalism of contemporary paradigms, which weaken the relationships of coexistence that human societies have built for centuries; this reflection is a crucial fragment in the UPAEP’s Lineament that reinforce our work for the next 10 years of the Institutional Development Plan," said the President.

In addition, he reiterated that the Global Summer will be a space for dialogue, meeting, and institutional effort to offer students an experience for the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are part of the formation of congruent, brave and auditions people.

"I wish that you find in UPAEP an institution that welcomes you fraternally (...) restless to build bridges of dialogue, with the firm commitment to the search for truth on whose path I invite you to go together as fellow travelers".

Andrés Barba Vargas, Vice President for Outreach and International Affairs, highlighted that the international professors will teach up to 53 courses of curricular content to around 750 students at the UPAEP Campus in Puebla city, and the Campus in Tehuacán city, located in the south of the state.

"I would like to ask that in the development of their activities they identify their UPAEP academic peers, who are in fact their main hosts, that they get to know our lines of research, strategies of linkage and business and social relations, educational methodologies, our model of pedagogy for the common good and all that this University has to offer so subsequently, take up together future collaborative projects that will make our relationship stronger and full of results," said Mr. Barba.

This day the professors had the opportunity to get to know and tour the University facilities, as well as interact for the first time with the professors in charge of the subjects they will be teaching for the next four weeks.
